We restore damaged residential buildings

On the instructions of the Kharkiv city mayor, with the aim of ensuring normal living conditions in the autumn and winter period, JSC "Trest Zhilstroy-1" carries out repair and restoration work on residential buildings damaged as a result of military actions in all areas of the city.

We are tasked with restoring the most technically complex damages to sixty residential buildings (destroyed floors, staircases, completely or partially missing floors), communal property and condominium property. The Trust's scientific, technical and production potential will allow residential buildings to be restored before the start of the heating season.

Damage to residential buildings on the balance sheet of JSC "Zhytlobud-1 Trust" will be repaired by the beginning of October. Also, by this time, all engineering indoor networks will be checked and tested, which will reduce the probability of emergency situations in the winter period to zero.
